Well, as a fellow cheapskate, who would much rather spend money on new radio
gear, I have a QSL card template that seems to work for generating and
printing QSL cards.  What I did, with the help of my XYL, was scan a copy of
one of my original QSL cards into an MS Word file format, and then create
tab positions  for the various entry fields on the card.

It seems to work out fairly well, and I have gotten some good complements on
the resulting cards.

We print the cards on card stock that can be bought from any office supply
store.
