Hi All,

Thanks for all the comments so far.

I was thinking of trying a loop because I now have a square plot each
side being around 150 feet and also I have read that loops are quiet
on receive.

In my old location, I had a half wave on top band centre fed with
open wire feeder and balanced tuner.

This worked well on topband and 80 the two bands I wanted to work but
became directional on the hf bands.

Having done more research, I think I will probably use the same
doublet but with the ends bent around as I can use this on all bands
if required.

Thanks again for your suggestions.

Keith
