Hi,
I thought you might find this exchange between myself and a guy named Dave
at The Source interesting. I have reordered the messages so that the
original message from me is first.

Hi,
I would like to purchase an item (2218202 digital multimeter with voice
output) but the web site will not allow my United State zip code to be
entered. A multimeter like item 2218202 is not available anywhere in the US
and I would like to buy one from you. Can you help?
Sincerely,
Bob Tinney, K8LR, [log in to unmask]

Dear Bob,
I regret to tell you that we are not selling in the USA due to Circuit
City being there.
We both have our territories.
Thank you for your interest!
Best regards,
Dave

Hi Dave,
I've checked the Circuit City web site and they do not cary the voice
output multimeter. I really don't care where I buy the meter from, I would
just like to purchase one from somewhere. I can't understand why your
company will not sell to anyone in the world who is willing to pay for the
product plus shipping. I've purchased items from Germany, England, and
directly from China, but I guess I can't buy from our good neighbors in
Canada. I do not understand!
Sincerely,
Bob Tinney, K8LR, [log in to unmask]

Dear Bob,
I understand your frustration regarding this. Unfortunately because Circuit
City is already in the US we would be violating our agreement with them.
I apologize about this.
Best regards,
Dave
