What exactly is digital voice keying, and where can you get this software
which you speak of Steve? Sounds pretty interesting

Hi Kevin,

The dvk i'm using is part of the Writelog contesting software. I think we
had discussed this software briefly a few months ago and at the time I said
I had problems editing the log on the fly. I've had reason to edit a few
times recently and found it really pretty easy. Just up arrow into the log
and tab to the fields. Jaws will read fine in this window. Ctrl-p puts
you back into the entry window.

I think there are stand alone dvk programs out there. I had experimented
with dvk last year but was not happy with the results. the numbers were
choppy. I did a better job of recording the .wav files this time and am
happy with the results.
