Hi.

I think one thing that I and probably some others are guilty of is not 
reading all the way through the replies that have come in on a thread 
before commenting.  A number of times I have seen a question, knew the 
answer and replied, only to discover that the same answer had been given 
three or four times over further down the list of messages.  I am trying to 
get myself into the habit of reading through everything that has come in 
before I reply to anything, because if someone else has already responded, 
then I don't need to and list traffic goes down.  That's easy to say, but 
sometimes it's a reflex to reply, but I'm trying to work on that.
