HI;
When I got my ticket in 1974 I worked with a friend doing c w over the phone
for about a half hour a night for the entire spring semester. And as my
graduation present I got myself a general.
I would happily work on 20 wpm of cw rather than some of the extra theory.
I often wish I had gotten moving and passed the advanced before it was
eliminated. The extra theory looks more than a bit challenging and its
nothing you can just memorize. It helps if you are good at math.
