According to Tech Support at Vertex today, the F T 2000 Yaesu comes with
built in speech.
The Yaesu 847 can be link to the computer and with the software for the
computer it will give you the frequency and menu information you need. I
may go that rout, however, that brings up the question of what program.
Suggestions??
I could just put my order in for the F T 2000. Um lot of money though.
By the way the fellow in Tech support was reasonably courteous.
Actually, more so than Kenwood was the last time I talked to them.
