I have a Kenwood TM-V7A with VS3 speech chip and separation kit for
sale.  It has been transmitted on maybe 15 minutes total.  The rest of
the time it has been sitting a draw.  There is nothing wrong with the
radio, I just got distracted by other things along the way.  The radio
is in mint condition and comes complete with all parts, manual, and
packaging.  I want $300.00 for it shipped.  Contact me directly at
