Now one question we had this weekend was does it allow for networking
and can you merge logs after one of the machines in a network packs
up?

It depends on what kind of logging program you're looking for. ...
You've
probably already gotten this suggestion, but check out the logging
software
offered by n3fjp.

Go to n3fjp.com

I have found many of the logging programs n3fjp makes to work
reasonably
well with JFW.
