Hi, Kevin:

Rig still doesn't switch VFOs as it did earlier yesterday.  I do have the 
correct button, 3rd one in that row.  The problem iis that I may have held 
that button too long and made the VFOs the same so need to undo that but 
didn't hear anything in the manual I downloaded from "I Can Work This 
Thing."

If all fails, I can reset to factory default and start over.  PProbably need 
the practice but wouldn't know what caused the original problem.
