Subject: [NRC-AM] Sunspot warning

There is a story in the Denver Post today titled "Solar Salvo On The
Way?". The National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder is
forecasting that the biggest solar storm in 50 years could hit us by
2008. They say it could be 30 to 50% stronger than the storm that hit us
in 2001 and could rival the biggest one on record which was in the late
50s. NASA also made a statement on this and they say that the storm
could come as early as this year or 2007. The link to the story is
