First of all, your e-mail to the list isn't coming through in plain text.  I
think I may have the instructions for getting back into plain text mode if
you want them.

As for your license renewal question, I had the same problem, and simply
went through the ARRL.  If you are an ARRL member and are blind, they'll do
it right over the phone for you.

If not, I know that Handihams helps with this kind of thing.

I think you can also renew your license through qrz.com.

Another possibility, if you don't mind paying 5 or six dollars, is W5YI.
