FYI sauces on tables at PF Chang are Gluten Free except of course the
regular soy sauce. Every time I dined at PF Changs the servers would give me
different answers about the gluten free status of the sauces on the table. So I
decided to e-mail the company. Here is their response.

Thank you again for your inquiry. The chili paste and hot mustard served at
the table are gluten free, as well as the chili oil and white vinegar. The
only modification would be the soy sauce. Upon notifying the server of your
gluten free status, they should bring you a ramekin of our gluten free soy
sauce(tamari). We do train our servers on this procedure. If this is not
happening, please let us know so that we can remedy the situation. It is our
desire to make sure your dining experience is not only memorable, but safe as
well. I apologize for any confusion or discomfort we may have caused you. I
hope this helps to clarify things. Please feel free to contact me with any
other questions or comments. Have a great day. Michele Guess Food and Beverage
