I am sure that I have read somewhere that hamburgers sold in restaurants in the U. S. must be 100% beef! I have recently been questioned about this. I often order a hamburger without a bun! I have found that when I ask the server if their hamburger is 100% beef, I am looked at in horror - like if I asked if they had committed murder - no exaggeration!!! Does anyone have the facts?
