I searched the list's archives for info on sorbitol and found a
reference to it re: vitamins. It is common in sugar-free gum, and I'm
curious about know why I might be reacting to it. Is this another one
to chalk up to "celiacs often have other food sensitivities" or is it
gluten-based?

Meanwhile, any more home remedies for gluten reactions? I'm about to
try the salt-water.
