This is a Muffin Round Up!

Send a link to your favorite recipe for a gluten free muffin, and I will 
publish it with others that come through in response to this request, on 
the Gf-Zing! website. 

Include :

    * what makes the recipe awesome or tasty
    * a link to your recipe or the text version
    * how you wish to be properly credited (name)


 If your recipe is not yet on the web, then send the recipe in text and 
I will post the entire thing.

This is a fun experiment, and hopefully we will see many excellent 
muffin recipes to brighten our mornings.
