Your comment is exactly what the Celiac Experience was about. Mary Alice,
saw the need and developed these cruises as worry-free, gluten-free
seminars/vacations. CE-I and CE-II were 4-day cruises out of Port Canaveral,
Fl aboard PremierCruise Line's SS Atlantic to Nassau, Bahammas. CE-III was a
5-day cruise out of Tampa, Fl aboard Regent Cruise Line's Rainbow to Cozumel,
Yucatan and Key West, Fl.  The guest speakers were Dr. Elaine Hartsook, CE-I;
Dr. Betty Bernard, CE-II; and Dr. Joe Murray & Dr. Hartsook, CE-III. Since
Mary Alice's death in January, her friends and family are continuing her
traditation of "celiacs helping celiacs" through, GIG of Florida, The Celiac
ActionLine, and future events for celiacs and their family.
