Here you go...wish I had some strawberries now...this sounds so lovely!
STRAWBERRIES 'N CREAM
Yield: 24 appetizers
12 large strawberries (about 12 ounces)
1 can pressurized whipped light cream
2 tablespoons shaved dark chocolate
Rinse the berries and pat
dry with paper towels.
Trim off the stem end and cut in half lengthwise.
Cut a thin strip off the bottom of each berry half so they will sit
upright without tipping over.
Squirt about 2 teaspoons of the
whipped cream into the center of each berry and sprinkle about 1/4
teaspoon of the shaved chocolate over the top. Serve immediately,or
cover and chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
