David could be correct.   I "focused" on the drivers with my reply...
(I should not have included David in my quote. Sorry if that was confusing.)

I have lots of flash drives of various sizes, and once in awhile I get one
that does not work well... (Things happen...)

I try to "get rid of it" if I can.
