Hi all,

I seem to be unable to install Lexmark x5470 under win 2k sp4.

Symptoms

run Lexmark 5400 series setup 
plug in usb cable when the connect your printer screen appears

new hardware manager starts up
new hardware detected as 5400 series.

driver is automatically installed, without the option to cancel installation.
Lexmark 5400 series composite usb hub is also selected and automatically installed.
However new hardware manager fails with no function driver specified.

Lexmark's setup manager does not proceed to complete the setup. 

Any suggestion to getting the printer working under win 2k.

I know the printer works under win XP home on a separate PC I have.
