I have been receiving PCBUILD for awhile now, but recently it has started
arriving in plain text format.   What I receive are blank documents.  If I
click reply, format, and then change to html I can finally read them, but
this gets to be a real pain if I want to read all the mail.

 
I've tried to check on my end to see if something changed, but all my
settings are for html and I get no offer to be able to read both html and
plain text, so am guessing it must be a setting on the sender's end?
 
Is there any chance of sending in both formats?
