There are many cultures that use arranged marriage, Hindu and some
Conservative Jewish enclaves being two examples.  "Arranged marriage"
therefore doesn't carry the same semantic weight that the terms "polygamist
marriage" and "child abuse" do.  It also implies that the marriage, although
it is not what the mainstream would choose, was acceptable under the laws of
the states of Arizona and Utah.
