When RAID arrays are set up, the two hard drives being used have to be
at least the same capacity, and it's usually a good idea for them to be
the same hard drive, i.e. same manufacturer and model.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Raid Setup
Hello all, I have a quick question for the list. Is it possible to set
up a mirror array with one serial hd and one ide hd?
The primary drive would be the serial hd and the ide hd would be the
mirror drive. If this is possible how would I go about setting up the
array? The two hd's are not made by the same company and they are not
the same capacity. Thanks for your input, Scott M.
