When your teeth, gums & mouth are inflamed & in pain, physiologically rest
them
Don't force your teeth and gims to move when they are under such
inflammatory and pain stress. If you break your arm or leg or you are having heart
pains, those bodily parts are under inflammatory stress. If you force them to move
because you think you are more intelligent than your inherent intelligence,
you will end up crippling yourself or maybe dead! Your inflammatorily
stressed teeth and gums are no different from your broken arm or leg or your heart,
that are inflamed and in pain. They all need physiological rest until they
heal. Leave them alone. Give your teeth and gums a physiological rest, a water
fast, until your teeth and gums are asymptomatic and/or you are genuinely
hungry, i.e., you are salivating for food. So physiologically rest your mouth,
gums and teeth when they cause you pain and discomfort. To help heal your
teeth and gums, close your eyes, water fast, feelingly meditate on your pain and
discomfort in your teeth, gums and mouth, until your teeth, gums and mouth
are asymptomatic, i.e., you no longer have any pain and discomfort in your
teeth, gums and mouth.
Rest & keep your eyes closed when your teeth, gums & mouth are inflamed & in
pain
If your teeth, gums and mouth are inflamed and in pain, to help heal them,
close your eyes and keep them closed, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, i.e.,
every moment you can! Closing your eyes, rests your brain and mind. An
electric rhythm starts as soon as your eyes are closed and ceases immediately when
they are opened. This rhythm serves-to clear "negative charges" from your
brain. Activity of your eyes prevents recuperation from occurring. When your eyes
are closed and you are at complete rest, bodily energies rejuvenate, cells
replenish, tissues repair and organs refresh themselves and are made ready for
renewed activity. When your teeth and gums are inflamed and in pain, you are
greatly devitalized and enervated from stress, trauma, over activity,
excesses, stimulation and emotional excitement. Close your eyes and keep them
closed, for completely resting your teeth and gums. Animals and babies
instinctively know when their teeth and gums are inflamed and in pain, they must close
their eyes to help heal their teeth and gums. The most common, difficult to
manage teeth and gum problems, are often related to a sleep deficiency. If
your teeth and gums are inflamed and in pain, you have a sleep deficiency.
Healing takes place, when you are asleep or your eyes are closed. If your teeth
and gums are inflamed and in pain, you have a deficiency of healing, therefore
a deficiency of sleep. When you water fast, keep your eyes closed every
moment of the 24 hours, every day that you water fast. During a water fast, you
must have total rest. You can only accomplish total rest, by keeping your eyes
closed. Lie down and close your eyes, ever time you can. It is the most
important thing you can do to get well and stay well!
