I can eat anything I want and not get any ill effects -- doesn't mean it's  
a good idea. ;-)

(On the other hand, I think coconut is fine -- I have a tablespoon or so  
of it every morning with breakfast.  I eat other raw seeds and nuts too.   
No grains or legumes, though (with an occasional exception made for raw  
oats soaked in hot water).)
