I do exercise regularly - about 4 days a week. I weight train and walk. On
another day I clean my own house - lots of moving, bending, etc. And, on
another day I do 6 - 12 loads of laundry requiring me to carry the laundry
to the basement and back out again. I am muscular.
However, having a top weight of 212 at 62 ", I have loose skin still. I
weigh 126 now.
