That sounds interesting. Need to have a ready supply of clover blossoms
for that.
The time I tried to make elderberry wine was a complete fiasco. The jug
broke and I had elderberry die all over the kitchen.
The most awful wine I ever made was cantelope... put too much orange
rind in it... very bitter.
