With some of the commentary about the no-code license... This question will be
added on February 23:

*Q: You hear from your receiver three short beeps, three long beeps, and three
short beeps being sent over and over. What should you do?

a. Call the FCC, this is probably some illegal activity

b. Connect the computer to the receiver to see if you can decode it

c. Turn on the receiver's notch filter to block it out

d. It is likely RFI from a nearby cell phone, ignore it

e. Call a real ham and ask them what it means.

Don't worry about what people think; they don't do it very often.
