 From the RAC Website, you can get the RIC-7 and RIC-8 documents,  
which contain the questions. You can also get the program that IC put  
out to generate sample tests (which, as I mentioned, blows chunks).  
And you can subscribe to some service called hamstudy, which costs  
some fee. Which seems a bit silly for my needs. Ah well. I'll read  
the question pool :)
