Hi Cheryl.

This is Harvey Heagy from New Orleans.  I don't know how the licensing 
process works in Canada.  I imagine it is pretty similar to ours.  But 
anyway, good luck, and you might check with Handiham for information and 
possibly join it.  They have lots of ham resources for the blind and
