Current draw on rx  should also be considered for an emergency rig.  It may 
not be the most important factor, but  between 2 rigs of equal  bands, 
features, and accessibility  it should be looked at.   I'd be curious to 
know if there is any difference in current draw between the various rigs 
mentioned.  I'm sure that when running  for extended periods  off battery 
power, you would like that battery to last as long as possible.
