ya, I have it and it works fine with a USB to serial adapter and with XP 
home, don't see why not pro but the problem is, with jaws, you'd have to go 
back to 6.2 or earlier to read menus right. I manage with 7.0 but some times 
it's just a hassle. The menus in the program won't read with 7.0, but before 
that with jaws it's perfect.
