Tom,

You have to change the frequency step from 25 to 12.5 
KHz.  Otherwise, the radio rounds off the last digit.  Changing the 
step is most easily done with the software.  To do it on the radio, I 
think you have to press Function-0 and rotate the tuning knob to the 
appropriate setting.
