I had a similar problem and the advice from this list was to do an
ctrl/alt/delete, and switch off the 'rnaapp' program from the start menu.
This cleared the problem and my PC suffered no damage. This program will
appear once more when you reboot your PC.

What can I check for when I try to dial up my internet connection and I get
a message the modem is in use (it isn"t).  (IBM think pad computer) thanks
