Please don't.

Cordain is an apologist for the lipid theory, the cholesterol theory, and 
the AMA/AHA.   His book is an infomercial designed to snowjob the public 
into thinking his politically-correct version is actually Paleo.  I'm 
wading through it myself (to write a review of it) ... and I keep waiting 
for Richard Simmons to pop out.

Do yourself a favor and instead read Weston Price, Mary Enig, Sally Fallon, 
Boyd Eaton... And follow the links you find from there.  I've got a few for
