Hi, Eric! I checked the transmitter of the THF6A by transmitting on
a repeater frequency (145.49), and listening for a carrier on the
input side via another radio, using the reverse function. I then
switched to the output frequency and heard nothing. I next took my
other radio, a Yaesu FT530 and transmitted normally. The repeater
came up, and I heard it on both radios. I tried two different
antennas on the THF6A and still no luck. So, that's my
troubleshooting procedure.--Matt, N1IBB.
