The best is to go via land. The roads are good and the sightseeing is an experience. If you take a flight check the time correctly. I understand that the flight are late and you will be coming in in the morning. I have a good contact in Dakar and he should be able to help you. I can also arrange for a taxi to meet you and bring you. I did the same and it was really smooth. Let me know if you need help and I can find out the cost for you.
