To answer your question did Larry ever come to terms with what he did to me? 
No, Sharon he never did.  Unfortunately he is in a rehab/nursing home and 
probably will be there for life.  I pray for him every day but he doesn't 
think he did anything wrong.
He told his daughter I had no right to put him out of my house and I had no 
right to divorce him.  I truly feel sorry for him and I pray that he will 
comes to terms with it and ask our Lord for forgiveness.
