Brad and all,

Remember when the appostles and other leaders made some decisions on how the 
gentiles should conduct themselves as believers?  If I remember correctly, 
it wasn't just a pastor who decided, nor was it the whole body of believers 
who decided.  The leaders then wrote a letter recommending things like, 
don't eat blood.  I think it might be in the middle or toward the end of 
Acts.
