Hi Guys
Well, Chris was a "no show," at his scheduled meeting with the
principal yesterday morning. Now I'm wondering if he was planning on
not showing all along and that is why he was so adamant that we not
come. I did call the vice principal myself before the meeting was to
occur to explain our absence so he, at least, knew what was going
on. I've been trying to reach Chris on his cell phone since the
meeting and he has evidently not paid his bill because he is
disconnected. Remember, there are four phones in his name, three for
his girl friend's family and one for him. The contract is only a
month old so he is really up a creek if the bill isn't paid.
Evidently, the deal was that they would pay their share and Chris
would only have to pay for his phone. He saw it as a cheap way to
finally get a coveted cell phone so he went for it. Finally, last
night, I tried to call his girl friend's house directly and their
service has been disconnected as well. Their land line was already
in someone else's name because they hadn't paid their own phone bill
at the end of last year. So, it would appear that they have skrewed
over two people, one of whom is Chris. Boy, I sure hope this makes
him wake up and smell the coffee.
Isn't it something. I can go along for a while with nothing to
report and then, bam, two posts in a week.
Kathy
