PCChips MBs "generally" come with the proper ATX case
back panel insert "in the box" with the NEW MB...

Since most MBs from any manufacturer tend to have different
features (and sockets exposed), that is the only "reasonable" way
it can be handled. (I think.)

Is the MB new, and in a box?
If used, can you ask where you got it where the cut-out panel is?
(Or where the old case it was installed in is?)

Finding a custom made part for something like this might be very hard.
PCChips might sell you one as a surplus part, (if not obsolete.)

Sometimes a case will come with a "generic" panel cut-out, but
IIRC, they have never fit, and I can't remember seeing one lately...
