hi-first you will need a torrent downloader,like bitlord.then you will go to 
like pirate bay,etc,and find the file you want....make sure there are lots 
of seeds and peers,for better downloading.....once you click the link,then 
click on the """""""open"'and this will set it in the bitlord file,and let 
it download...takes quite a while
