Tu erra. "Pertinere" es relationate etymologicamente
con le verbo latin "tenere". De isto es derivate anque
"appertinere".

Inter le linguas moderne anglese ha "pertain",
"appertain". Ma anque le formas "pertinent",
"impertinent", etc.
