Yes there is a free one by a place I think is called On-line Bible college 
and  another one which might have a free one is Nations University. I 
don't know the address of them. A friend of mine in your country down 
under is taking a master's course through Nations University. In fact he 
said something about outside of USA is free but US citizens are required 
to pay $100 per year. I think Nations University is 
http://www.nationsuniversity.com or org not sure though.
