Hi everyone! How is life where you are?
My classes are going well, I wasn't feeling well today, a sort of cold, I
slept all the afternoon.  Feeling better now... but I'm awake!!
My Mom and daughter Jena have joined Weightwatchers with me, I lost 7 pounds
in one week, I am very glad about that.  I am glad too that my Mom is going,
she is overweight has high blood pressure, and asma, so losing weight will
help her.  
Just wanted to check in.
