I have to re-think my statement about "26 years later" below...
It might be 16 years?  It was a long time though...
Check all the pictures in the links the list members gave and
you might be able to see what you have...

In 2002 I was against giving up my ISA slot (1 only) and
bought transition MBs with 1 ISA and lots of PCI slots...

Being too "high end", I never personally owned a Microchannel
IBM machine. They used to look like any other smallish
desktop from the outside...
