An allergy is when there is an immune system response. It can be many
different kind of things, from stuffy nose, joint pain, depression, skin
rashes, to an anaphylactic response.

Hello Steve,
What I've got is a problem with milk proteins, but I've been calling that
"intolerance" because I don't get the analphalactic reaction that some
others
get. I get the stuffy sinus, the skin problems, the leaky-gut problems, and
so
on, instead. Is that more of an allergy? Or intolerance? Or..?
