APT was, indeed, very good this year, although with no time to kick
back. With Atlanta not being particularly pedestrian-friendly, we had to
make do with various atria-spotting and top-of whatever suites for
drinks. Nice views of modern urbanity under clear skies.

The masonry workshop before the conference offered some hands-on, but
you really had to be assertive, as there were too many of us with only
one spot to try the tasks. I learned a lot from talking and listening,
but not too much from doing. I get that at home.

Enjoyed meeting Michael from MS Guild in person, and shared a late
dinner and talk with John Callan.

Next year in Peurto Rico!
