I think you're being a bit hard on Ron. I know, we can all use our
delete keys any time we want to, but he really does have a
point. This list was created so we could discuss ham radio. There
are plenty of other lists for discussing other topics, and we all
know how to find them if we want to. Another point to consider here
is that some people still use dialup, or have ISPs that bill them for
the amount of data they download, so we really shouldn't clutter up
their in boxes with messages not related to ham radio. It's really
more a matter of courtesy than anything else, but hardly worth fighting about.
