Hi Folks

I'm trying to sort out my son's HP printer. It's a HP 1215. I have the same
model and have been comparing the two machines. My son's machine does not
seem to hold the lines of typing very straight. Not much out but by the time
the typing reaches the bottom of the page you can see a slight drop on the
right hand side.
Can someone tell me what is going on and how to sort it before I contact HP
and go through their long winded online help?

Thanks
Dorothy Jones
